I am Alix, also known as Alix Tsuki. I am based in British Colombia and originally from France.
Photography is my true love and passion, and I strive to use my photos to tell a story. Capture moments suspended in time.
Inspired by colors and textures, my work in photography is a sneak peek of how I see the world, allowing me to reconstruct my own reality. Whether I am documenting my personal life or working on collaborations, I strive to make the best photos possible true to my aesthetic.
My universe is poetic and enigmatic. I explore different styles of photography, using film and digital. I play with tones and grain, am very inspired by retro cinematic colours and light shades. I also play with different aspect of lights, composition and details, creating a dreamy atmosphere, and a sense of harmony and balance. With an emphasis on minimalism, my photography creates a new angle on an ordinary detail, hoping to capture that dreamy and intimate feeling.
